Checked upstairs unit that I changed compressor is working fine. Installed new media filter. Found downstairs thermostat blank. And found the Airhandler was not feeding it power. Fixed power at breaker. Checked pressures and temperature split. Airhandler is leaking in the evaporator coil. Unit will run till 410A leaks back down.
Removed bad compressor from upstairs geotherm after recovering 410A. Installed compressor and 40/5 supplied capacitor. Installed new filter dryer. Pumped with nitrogen and pulled a vacuum. I added 8lbs of 410A and checked pressures, water psi and temperature split. Unit is operating properly at this time.
Quote for replacing the compressor for the upstairs unit, replacing the Air Handler for the downstairs unit, installing a pressure station and two media filters. Removed old water tank and installed new one.
Checked the operation of the propane 18 inch, unvented gas logs. Unit has the proper hood, pilot works, burners are working properly. Pilot assembly is clean. Unit is operating properly at this time. Told customer she needs to get a carbon monoxide reader that can be plugged into wall outlet.
Cleaned dryer vent cap. Unit is operating properly at this time
Took dryer vent apart in attic and ran brush through both ends and vacuumed line. All dryer lint has been removed. Dryer vent is operating properly at this time.
Performed a dryer vent cleaning. Cleaned back and front of dryer. All vents are clean.
